MHEGURU provides the Site, mobile applications (“App”) and services provided through the Site and/or App (“Services”) including a platform for freelance Service engineers to be connected with potential customers in the MHE Industry.
These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you are accepting this Agreement and you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree with all of the provisions of this Agreement, do not access and/or use the Services. You may not access or use the Services or accept the Agreement if: (a) you are not at least 18 years old; or (b) you are not legally permitted to access our Site or Services.

Service Engineers acknowledges and agrees that Customer and MHEGURU has expended substantial time, money and resources in developing and maintaining its client base, Intellectual Property, and other proprietary information.  Service Engineers acknowledges and agrees that it has, will, or may come into possession of technical, proprietary, financial and/or business information relating to Customer and MHEGURU and/or their Clients which is not published or readily available to the public (Confidential Information).

• MHEGURU may collect Personal Information from Authorized Users, such as Authorized User’s first and last name, e-mail and mailing address, phone, financial information and password when Authorized Users create an account to log in to our network (“Account”).
• When Authorized Users use the Services on our Site our payment processor will collect all information necessary to complete the transaction, including Authorized Users name, billing information and direct deposit information. MHEGURU take reasonable efforts to securely store Authorized Users information.
• MHEGURU retain information on Authorized User behalf, such as files and messages that Authorized Users store using Authorized User Account.
• Our Services facilitate communications between Service Engineers and Customers. In connection with facilitating this service, MHEGURU receive call data, including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of the SMS message.
• If Authorized Users provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail or SMS, MHEGURU will collect Authorized Users name and e-mail address or phone number, as MHEGURU as any other content included in the e-mail or SMS message, in order to send Authorized Users a reply.
• When Authorized Users participate in our online or offline surveys, MHEGURU may collect additional information that Authorized Users knowingly provide.
• When Authorized Users post messages on the Services or on a Social Networking Site, where MHEGURU have a page or presence, the information contained in Authorized Users posting may be republished on our Site and other users may be able to see them.
